| The 2010 Money for Milk sale |

The 2010 Money for Milk sale has seen a few improvements and changes to last years line up. The sale has changed sponsorship, with Cochrane Livestock and Rural Services the Primary Sponsor. The line up of cattle has no doubt also improved, this year 4 lots are RED Holsteins, including one elite embryo package of the 16 quality Holstein lots. There are 9 outstanding Jersey lots (1 package of Canadian Embryos), 2 Ayrshires, an Illawarra and a Brown Swiss Springing Heifer and bull. This years sale will again be held at the Gympie Showgrounds, starting at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 12th May, with a BBQ prior to the sale The lots area are again focused on young cows springing and milking with their whole future ahead of them, but there are also elite pedigrees including potential bull mothers, certainly show cows and genuine hard working lots with pedigrees as deep as you'll find. All in all, the 2010 Money for Milk sale has something for everyone and is bound to have something take your fancy.
